Does anyone know if there is a program that can take syllables from multiple audio/voice files and put them together in a new way?
Because I’ve been audio-splicing for machinima projects for the last 2 years, and frankly I think that in this day and age there should be at least ONE program that could do it. Just enter the files and get the syllables, so no more scouring the sound folders for one single syllable that would suit my needs.
It would be great if there was Text-To-Speech capabilities, too, but that’s optional.
I’ll pay if I have to (not over 100 bucks of course).
